Throughout the history, our civilization has been evolving because it transportation systems, the currency units, the industries and others developed. Furthermore, people were exposed to the various changing by the development of technology. The development of the airplane industry allowed people to go anywhere faster, and the development of the IT industry allowed people easily stay connected to each other through the online world. Because of this, human beings have been influenced by the changing of their surrounding environments, and it leads to new issues that human beings never faced before. Sherry Turkle, the author of ââ¬Å"Alone Togetherâ⬠, introduces the impact of the development of technology on humans, particularly human relationships. She argues that although the development of technology allowed people to have easier, faster, and more efficient lives, it also asked people to think about the meaning of ââ¬Å"authenticityâ⬠within their relationships.
